Created from our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with balsamic vinegar, chillies, garlic and the familiar taste of cloves. Many describe the outcome as a ‘steak sauce with attitude!’
BBQ your steak on a hotplate or grill. When cooked, remove the steak onto the serving plate. Add a teaspoon of the sauce over the steak and spread over with the back of the spoon.
Alternatively, pan-fry the steak and when cooked to your liking remove onto the serving plate. Add 50ml of the sauce and deglaze for 60 secs. Lift the pan and drizzle over the steak.
