Made from the entire garlic plant picked mid-season (June to November), the flavour is subtle and wonderfully creamy. The green colour comes from the chlorophyll in the stems.
Add a few drops after pan-frying a delicate steak, fish fillet, chicken or prawns. It makes garlic bread making a special experience!
