Made from the entire garlic plant picked mid-season (June to November), the flavour is subtle and wonderfully creamy. The green colour comes from the chlorophyll in the stems.
Add a few drops after pan-frying a delicate steak, fish fillet, chicken or prawns. It makes garlic bread making a special experience!
SOLD OUT: Our supply of 2020 Green Garlic Oil has again sold out (after selling 40-50 bottles/week since June). It finished a little earlier than in previous years probably because of the excessive rain during September and October. Garlic doesn’t like being over watered.
It will become available again in June 2021 when only those on our waiting list will receive first supplies.
