An oriental dipping sauce made from renowned Mudgee (Kroll) honey, sesame seeds, soy sauce and olive oil. It attracts many repeat customers – we suspect many take it home and secretly drink it, rather than cook with it! Remember to shake the bottle before serving.
Baste chicken breasts several hours before baking at 150deg for 30-40 minutes, basting again half way through baking and at the end. The chicken should be beautifully succulent. Gai serves it as a ‘finishing sauce’ over Teriyaki Chicken for her weekend Alfresco lunches.
