Created from our home grown lemon thyme and infused into our 2015 Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The oil will add a special ‘lemony’ flavour to any steamed vegetables or to pan-fried fish or chicken. Alternatively, try sautéing chopped zucchini, garlic & onion and then tossing in a handful of green prawns or scallops to serve with your favourite pasta.
