From semi-raisined Muscadelle grapes which were partially fermented and fortified with brandy spirit. It has a delightfully smokey raisin aroma and flavour (akin to Christmas Cake).
Drizzle over a ball of rockmelon on a spoon, chew up the rockmelon and wait for the unique toffee taste as you swallow. Excellent with warm banana or strawberries and ice cream. In fact, pretty special with just about any fresh fruit.
