Mudjut (Thai Dipping Sauce)

A Thai dipping sauce created by Nathan, our Executive Chef from cucumber, chilli, coriander, mint and vinegar blended with our estate grown Semillon grape juice.

Here is an easy way to  create a Thai beef salad:

  • Cook 500g of eye fillet medium rare and slice thinly.
  • Drizzle 50ml of Mudjut over and let rest.  In a bowl add snow peas, sprouts, mint, coriander and eschallots.
  • Pour 50 ml of Mudjut over and toss through.
  • Combine all ingredients and toss with more Mudjut according to taste.
