Another one of Nathan’s creations – a blend of basil, roasted garlic, parmesan cheese and chilli infused oils. He calls it “the ultimate pasta oil”.
Cook your favourite pasta until al dente. Drain and place in a bowl and drizzle Nathan’s Choice Oil liberally over. Perhaps add some fresh rocket, and/or basil (perhaps some olives) and toss together. When plated and served, sprinkle some shredded parmesan cheese over.
